The winners of National Accounts Payable Day 2014 were:

Best National AP Individual 2014: Leanner Napper, Geelong Football Club, Geelong- Victoria (Ipad)

Best National AP Team 2014:  Origin Energy, Adelaide ($500 lunch voucher)

Origin Energy AP team were the outstanding team for 2014 – they received a large number of nominations from across the country, here are just a few examples of why they were the Number 1 AP team in 2014:

We have decided to award two runnerup awards to  Lisa Piggott and Toni Bodycott from Coates Hire, Mascot - Sydney.

It was difficult to choose a winner, Lisa and Toni both recieved a significant number of nominations. Here are a few examples:

Coates Hire AP team were the outstanding team for 2013 – they received a large number of nominations from across the country, here are just a few examples of why they were the Number 1 AP team in 2013:

“This team consists a number of personnel, with each team member able to provide back up when required. This team works closely with service providers to ensure timely payments are made as well as making 'special' payment runs when necessary. This team received a sincere thank you from a contrator for the service provided over the years.”

Lisa Schipp, Carolyn Davis and Leah Kiska were the outstanding AP team for 2012 – they received a large number of nominations from across the country, here are just a few examples of why they were Number 1 in 2012:


“With all my liaising with Truckline, this company have answered all of my queries in a very quick and timely manner. They are all very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.”

“They are a great bunch, always happy and willing to help sometimes under trying conditions and they have to put up with us branch managers as well.”

Runner Up AP Individual 2012: Catherine Byrne, Vision Australia, Kensington, Victoria ($250 gift voucher)

“Catherine stepped up to fill in when the AP supervisor departed during year-end process. Built motivation and confidence in the team and drove a clean desk policy. With her unique personality she offers help to other departments and maintains good reputation with management and vision impaired clients. Keeps a positive attitude towards work and is filled with ideas to improve and streamline processes. She supervisors four staff and boosted their team work and created a bubbly atmosphere.”


Runner Up AP Team 2012: Vicki Scarfi, Carol Wang, Shelley Wu & Nicolle Lucas, Kordia Solutions, Macquarie Park, NSW ($250 lunch voucher)

“The Kordia business has grown from a $106M turnover business to a $170M business in 12 months - a growth of over 60%. During this period of growth, Kordia's AP Team has managed a significantly more complex function and one which has experienced significantly increased levels of transactions. All this has been achieved with the same headcount and this is testament to the work ethic and professionalism of all of the team. This is truly a fantastic AP team.''
